BOOST your Brain Power, Improve Memory
and Protect Yourself Against Ageing...

Did you know that every second some 100 million bits of information pour into the brain? Well, you don't need to worry, because your brain is armed with about 100 billion nerve cells, called neurons to help you deal with it all in an organised way.

Your brain is the control centre for virtually every vital activity necessary for survival including sleep, hunger, thirst and movement. As you move, sense receptors in your limbs inform your brain of the moment-to-moment position and state of each muscle.

Your brain can help you achieve amazing things. It can also help you get power, prestige, praise, and help you accomplish virtually any goal you set out for yourself.

You know the saying "you're what you eat"? Well, your brain isn't any different. It will not operate on all ‘cylinders' unless you feed it with the right kinds of food.

That's why we've put together a short list of 5 brain foods for you that should make your brain thrive like a five year-old in a candy store. Here's the first one:

BRAIN FOOD #1: BLUEBERRIES

Blueberries are among the best sources of antioxidants. Eating blueberries can improve vision, enhance memory, reduce cholesterol, protect against disease, strengthen blood vessels, promote weight control, stop urinary tract infections, and improve physical and mental ability.

Blueberries offer nutrients such as potassium and iron, and are an excellent source of Vitamin C and dietary fibre. Research shows promise for using blueberry extract to improve balance, coordination and memory, and, in the future, it may be used as an aid for those with Alzheimer's disease. Studies report that the blueberry can be effective in inhibiting certain types of prostate cancer. Best of all, they taste delicious!

BRAIN FOOD #2: BROCCOLI

Broccoli is extremely nutritious. It's loaded with vitamins and has many health benefits. Broccoli is nutrient dense and it's low in calories, one cup is only 45 calories. It contains Vitamins C, K, A, B6, B2, E, B1, B3, B5, folate, manganese, fibre, tryptohphan, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, protein, omega 3 fatty acids, iron, calcium, and zinc.

Broccoli is high in fibre, which helps maintain a healthy gastrointestinal (GI) tract. It also helps in the reduction of cholesterol levels in the blood. It contains large amounts of calcium. This helps prevent osteoporosis. Calcium promotes healthy bones as well as helps speed fat burn. It also slows down the body's production of cortisol, a stress hormone. So, if you can put up with the taste, broccoli is good for your body and your mind!

BRAIN FOOD #3: SALMON

Salmon is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. These polyunsaturated fats are indispensable to a healthy, smoothly functioning brain. Over the past decade, numerous studies have linked omega-3 fatty acids in the diet to brain benefits ranging from better blood flow and increased growth of brain cells to improved mood, and better memory function.

Omega-3 fatty acids also suppress inflammation, stabilize the cell membranes of neurons and make them more elastic, reduce the danger of clot formation, and lower risk of stroke. If you choose to take a fish oil supplement, select one that combines EPA and DHA. Keep in mind that too much of the good thing can be, well, too much. So, limit your intake to about 1,000 mg a day. Stick to those supplements that have been tested for mercury and lead.

BRAIN FOOD #4: SPINACH

We all know that eating spinach made Popeye super strong, but you may be surprised to learn that he may also have been protecting himself against osteoporosis, heart disease, colon cancer, arthritis, and other diseases at the same time. Spinach is low in calories and fat. It is loaded with vitamin A, C, K and E. It also contains calcium, folate and of course iron.

Researchers have identified at least 13 different flavonoid compounds in spinach that function as antioxidants and as anti-cancer agents.

BRAIN FOOD #5: WALNUTS

Walnuts are both excellent sources of Omega-3 fatty acids, which lubricate skin from within and prevent acne. Walnuts may also reduce risk for breast cancer, but more proof is needed there.

A study published in the Journal of Nutrition shows that walnuts act in a similar way as heart-healthful coldwater fish by lowering cholesterol levels and C-reactive protein (CRP) associated with atherosclerosis and heart disease. It was concluded that it is the alpha-linolenic acid or ALA, an Omega-3 fatty acid similar to that found in salmon, in walnuts that provides these heart-healthful benefits. Keep in mind that your brain thrives on Omega-3 fatty acids!

Your brain needs vitamins, minerals and antioxidant to stay in top shape, but it also needs oxygen.

What most people don't realise is that even though a human brain represents only about 2 percent of the weight of an average adult, it uses over 20 percent of the body's oxygen supply.

If you're engaged in complex mental tasks and intellectual pursuits, your brain's supply of oxygen will be depleted much more rapidly than the average individual. If you don't replenish the supply of oxygen to the brain, on a regular basis, you'll soon experience mental fatigue, stress and burnout, and your brain's health will suffer.

That's why we recommend you give OXYRICH a go. OXYRICH will feed your brain with all the oxygen it needs for top performance.

Just the way you fill your car with fuel each week, you need to fill your body with the oxygen it needs. Put OXYRICH to the test and feel the difference in your body's performance within the first 3-5 days! Simply press here to learn more.

P. S. Oxygen and glucose are supplied to the brain by the vascular system. Of all the blood pumped by the heart, 25% is circulated within the brain tissue by a large network of special arteries. If the blood fails to transport enough oxygen to the brain, in effect, you will feel tired, pessimistic, and lethargic. It makes sense to oxygenate your brain more!
